He resided un-der the parental roof until he was nineteen yearsold and in 1886 he was united in marriage withEilizabeth Aurand. This union was blessed withsix children as follows: Max A., employed atWilkesbarre by the P. R. R. Co.; Ray S., an em-ploye of the A. M. Aurand Printing House, Ruth,Henry, Luther and John. In IQOl his wife died. and in 1603 he was married to LoEmma Beaver Springs. To this union was born onechild, Mary. Mr. Lantz is a member of the Lutheran church of Belleville, al^-o amember of the K. O. E. and I. O. O. F. He is aplasterer by trade and an energetic band man,and is at present baritone player for the BeaverSprings Band. He is chairman of the Centennialreception committee.
