Premature baby and parents. Parents interacting with their premature baby with cocooning techniques taught as part of a programme of care for neonates (newborn babies). They are following recommendations from NIDCAP (Newborn Individualized Developmental Care and Assessment Program). The technique is continued once the child is brought home.
