One of the many bronze Stolpersteine or Stumbling Stones pavement memorial markers in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

The Stolpersteine or Stumbling Stones were made by an artist named Gunter Demnig. On each bronze stone is the person’s name, the fact that they lived there, their birth date, deportation date and date of death. They have been placed outside the former property of Jews taken away to Nazi concentration camps during World War II.
