Abdomen grey, anal tuft whitish-ochreous, Forewings elongate, rather broader in $, costa gently arched, apex obtuse, termen straight, somewhat oblique ; whitish-ochreous, strewn with brownish- ochreoiis striguke which are finely sprinkled with black ; costa more sharply and darkly strigulated throughout ; basal patch very obscurely indicated, edge obtusely angulated in middle ; upper half of central fascia dark-brown, truncate beneath, posterior edge with a strong acute projection above trunca- tion ; rest of central fascia represented by an elongate dark-brown discal mark at |, its anterior end sometimes curved and connected with costal half, and a brown blotch with two upward diverging lobes on dorsum towards tornus ; a triangular brown spot in disc towards apex ; a small dark brown apical spot : cilia ochreous-whitish, sprinkled with fuscous, with dark fuscous subbasal line.
