Sailors from Commander, Task Force 72 react as they realize their handcrafted vessel isn't as seaworthy as they hoped, Aug. 16, 2013. The sailors took part in the 2013 Navy Misawa Boat Regatta, which is an annual, lighthearted event hosted by Naval Air Facility Misawa. NAF Misawa is a naval installation located in northern Japan.
