The Wellington Arch at Hyde Park Corner, London.

Constitution Arch is also known as Wellington Arch as it was designed by Decimus Burton in 1828 to commemorate the Duke's victory at Waterloo. It originally included a statue of Wellington but this was removed in 1883 and replaced by the Goddess of Peace by Adrian Jones in 1912. The arch stands at Hyde Park Corner in London opposite Apsley House, the former home of Wellington (in background of photograph).
