150818-N-SD120-006 OKINAWA, Japan (Aug. 18, 2015) Utilitiesman 3rd Class Kevin Galbert, from Wichita, Kan., uses an electric auger, commonly referred to as a plumbing snake, to clear a clogged drain in Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s headquarters building on Camp Shields, Okinawa. NMCB 5 is currently deployed to Japan and several countries in the Pacific area of operations conducting construction operations and humanitarian assistance projects.
