VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (July 25, 2018) Soldiers from the 11th Transportation Battalion prepare their Oshkosh Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Trucks (HEMTT) to egress off of Utah Beach after disembarking from an Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) Causeway Ferry, while participating in exercise Trident Sun 18 onboard Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek – Fort Story. Trident Sun 18 is a maritime prepositioning force (MPF) operation intended to provide training to reserve component personnel with regards to the in stream offload of military vehicles and equipment.
