Most of the larger plain and paddle-marked pots show a slightly flaring rim with round handles, as shown in plate 32, b. Many of these handles rise above the rim of the vessel and terminate in a single or double lobe. Some handles are further decorated on the outside face with pits or lobes. Figure 20 is a drawing restoration of a large vessel typical of this site.
