The kindergarten renovations included electrical, plumbing and tile repairs of the washroom, restroom, classroom and an additional room. Hamilton, of Springtown, Texas, is a member of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 from Port Huemene, Calif. Piper, of Pottstown, Pa., and Waters, of Ripley, , are members of the 15th Engineer Battalion out of Schweinfurt, Germany. Draganov is a gunner for the 13th Tank Brigade in Sliven, Bulgaria.
