RABAT, Morocco (Aug. 12, 2013) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus meets with Moroccan Gen. Abdelaziz Bennani, General of the Royal Armed Forces and Commander of the Southern Zone, in Rabat, Morocco. Morocco is one of several countries throughout the region where Mabus is meeting with Sailors, Marines, and civilian and military officials to discuss security and stability and to reinforce existing partnerships with African nations.
