ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Air Force Senior Airman Trevor Cruz, 97th Civil Engineer Squadron heavy equipment operator, guides a bull float over wet concrete Oct. 10, 2013. Cruz used the float to smoothen the surface of the concrete. The 97th replaced damaged asphalt on an access road with new concrete, saving the base thousands of dollars in contracting costs.
