Air Force Col. Rudolph Cachuela, Air Mobility Command surgeon general, looks at a shadow box, a tribute to the final days of presence in Afghanistan, during his visit at Travis Air Force Base, California, Sept. 6, 2022. This is the final American flag to have flown over the Craig Joint Theater Hospital, Kabul, Afghanistan on July 1, 2021, and is dedicated to the 76 Airmen and Soldiers who served as the last medics on the ground in that theater.
