KOZA BOKHANA, Afghanistan (May 10, 2007) - Cmdr. Dave Adams and Gov. Jamal place the cornerstone for a diversion dam in the village of Koza Bokhana, Afghanistan. This dam will provide water needs for more than 3,000 local residents. This is the third dam started in the past two weeks under a new $ million program for reconstruction in the province.
