SÃO TOMÉ, São Tomé and Príncipe (Aug. 16, 2013) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus gets a hug from a student at the Escola Dona Maria Jesus school in São Tomé, São Tomé and Príncipe after giving him a box of crayons while donating school supplies. São Tomé and Príncipe is one of several countries throughout the region where Mabus is meeting with Sailors and Marines, and civilian and military officials to discuss security and stability and to reinforce existing partnerships with African nations.
