Underneath a piece of spreading rootof the last tree of that heavenly wood I hida stick of chocolate, a Bryant & Mays match-box containing an English sixpence, two nickelcoins of ten centimes, a short piece of pencil, andfour matches. These I dedicate to the way-farer, should he need a light. Also I shouldask him to write his name with the pencil andput it in the match-box, and, if he feels asfoolish as I, add some small object of no A-= M^^
