LANGKAWI, Malaysia (March 28, 2019) - Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Michael Flores, from Santa Paula, Calif., attached to 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), blows bubbles with a child at Rumah Nur Kasih Langkawi Orphanage during a community relations event. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
