Chiswick Point is a mixed use development comprising one hundred and twenty four 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, together with Class B1 and D2 commercial space. The development is located off Bollo Lane near Chiswick Park tube station and adjacent to Gunnersbury Nature Reserve. The former industrial site was cleared to make way for two reinforced concrete frame buildings each of 6 and 9 storeys. The buildings are clad in precast concrete cladding with continuous ribbon balconies overlooking the nature reserve. A public link through the site provides access to a new footbridge over the adjacent railway line.
