A homemade version of golbaengi muchim, which is a Korean dish for whelks that includes chilli, honey, vinegar and sliced vegetables. It is eaten cold and served with noodles and often beer. A large proportion of whelks caught in the UK are exported to the far east. The whelks, Buccinum undatum, used in this recipe were caught in the English Channel. Dorset England UK GB
