5TH FLEET OF RESPONSIBILITY (Sept. 24, 2012) An MH-53E Sea Dragon assigned to the Blackhawks of Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron (HM) 15 takes off from Afloat Forward Staging Base (Interim) USS Ponce (AFSB(I) 15) to conduct a mine clearance exercise during International Mine Countermeasures Exercise 2012 (IMCMEX 12).
