Marines and sailors conduct a mass casualty drill as part of a tactical evacuation course on Landing Zone Dove, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina , Nov. 21, 2016. This course trains corpsmen to apply proper techniques to increase survivability of critically injured personnel during evacuation. These sailors are with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
