At this convention action will be taken on a recommendation that the dues in the society be increased to $5 per year, and that the life membership fee be increased from $25 to $50. Only members in good standing can become life members; therefore it is obvious that any applying for this membership must be clear on the books for the 1919 dues. It goes without saying that life memberships taken out now will fore- stall any action emanating from the con- vention.
