Deneba, Amhara, Ehiopia October 2013: Coptic priests at the Batamariam Monastery, established by priest Abamengistu in 2000. "When he built the church there were no trees here. He asked ENNHS to help all of the tree here were planted since then. All the green beauty is because of EWNHS. It is hot in town, but cool here, it draws people here. About 50 people live at the monestary now," says Ehetemariam Gegefa, 71, nun at the monastery.
