Arras, France, 15/05/2007. Row of three old buildings at the Grand Place with typical Flemish facades and crooked chimney. Arras was the capital of Artois. Arras, with its old center, is one of the prettiest towns in northern France. Although it was significantly destroyed in World War I it has been carefully reconstructed.
