The shop windows of seedsmen this spring are laid out in many kinds of pastoral pictures. Lawns, flowers, past- ures and devices to display agricultural implements, attract the attention of pe- destrians. There is an obvious decline in making estimates on projected decorations. Some of our leading florists decline to give figures for detail. They set their price and agree to make a handsome arrange- ment for that money.
