This blue tit is clutching a peanut with both feet while gripping a wire cage and resting it's head on another wire while eating the fine shards of nut it chisels from the peanut. The cage is made from two halfs of hanging basket fixed loosely at the top with cable ties to stop pigeons from raiding the bird food. The image is part black and white for a colour pop effect and clarity.
