ABOUT DICTATIONS No two teachers ever present the same material in thesame way. Under favorable class-room conditions as tonumber of pupils, grouping, etc., it is profitable to teach thiscardboard work by dictation. To be sure, dictation meansclass, not individual teaching; but it has certain indisputablevalues. Suppose the teacher says, in beginning the drawing, Find the upper left-hand corner. What have we ?
