Britain Supplies US Army Store- Americans in Britain, 1943 GIs at work at an American Army store, somewhere in Britain. This particular area of the store supplies goods for Post Exchanges (also known as PXs), including candles, chocolate, shaving cream, toothpaste, batteries, ink, writing paper, shoe polish and playing cards.
