Hoi An is a small town on the coast of the South China Sea in central Vietnam. It is located in the province of Quang Nam In the first century, the city had the largest port in Southeast Asia. Today, Hoi An is still a small city, but it attracts a lot of tourists and is a stop on the routes known backpackers. Many tourists visit for craft stores or their tailors, creating tailored suits at a fraction of the Western price. There are many bars and restaurants that have opened along the riverfront.
