Strip of spool lace with braided point scallops, Natural Genoese spool lace strip, cloned after the first half of the 17th century. The repeating pattern consists of a straight path in which a wavy line runs. Below the straight lane a scallop edge with braided point scallops. With the exception of the wavy line that is cost in linen, the pattern is almost entirely made up of braids.
