070410-N-4124C-023 PACIFIC OCEAN (April 10, 2007) - An Amphibious Assault Vehicles (AAV) from the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) leaves the well deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Juneau (LPD 10) en route to their forward-deployed base camp in Okinawa, Japan. Juneau and the rest of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ESXARG) offloaded the Marines at the conclusion of its spring patrol that featured Navy-Marine Corps integration training and exercise Foal Eagle 2007.
