Kilchurn Castle, Loch Awe Argyll and Bute Scotland


Kilchurn Castle, Loch Awe is a ruined 15th and 17th century building on a rocky penunsula at the northeastern end of the loch in Argyll and Bute, Scotland . The castle is the ancestral home of the Campbells of Glen Orchy. Loch Awe is the longest and third largest freshwater loch in Scotland. There are islands within the loch such as Innis Chonnell and Inishail
