Personnel from the 31st Engineering Squadron and members of the Italian Air Force carefully mount the F-100 Super Sabre for the dedication ceremony. The plane was dedicated to the 31st Fighter Wing from the Italian Air Force. The F-100 was the USAF's first operational aircraft capable of flying faster than the speed of sound (760 mph) in level flight.
