Small railway snowplough (snowplow)

Japanese railway snow plough, laid up for the summer. It is owned by a small private line -- Toyama Chiho Tetsudo -- that runs from the city of Toyama on the north coast of Japan, into the mountains. This is one of the snowiest regiions of Japan, in winter. Uozu City, Toyama Prefecture.
