Roof.—Height and exact character unknown; charcoal was in the fill and some burned mud but there were no impressions of roofing on the lumps of mud. General Comments.—House B was partly burned. Malpais rocks piled up on the north side may indicate that this house was partly excavated into the bed-rock of the mesa. House D^ (Figures 4 and 7) Shape.—Roughly circular; greatest diameter, meters. 1 Symbol "C" used for storage pit (fig. 2)..
