Albino grey squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis) in a tree. This squirrel has a form of hypopigmentary congenital disorder known as albinism or hypomelanism. It is genetic and is characterised by a lack of melanin pigment (blacks and browns) in the eyes, skin and hair. Photographed in December, in Kent, UK.
