The Keep at Alnwick Castle in the town of Alnwick in Northumberland in North East England. Dates from 1096AD when Yves de Vescy became Baron of Alnwick and erected the earliest parts of the castle. Since 1309 the castle has been in the hands of the Percy Family who are the Dukes and Earls of Northumberland.
