As St. Joseph was the guide of Jesus Christ poor, Idnrj of the poorand founder of the evangelical p)oxerty, the Sisters of St. Joseph love toturn their eyes to him in the midst of their labors, and his pictures orstatues are to be seen in all their departments or oratories. The pictureof St. Joseph which we see more frequently in Montreal is the represents him journeying on foot with the Holy Virgin and thechild Jesus.
