Tow nurses working for the charity CHAT walks home through the dry countryside after having worked all day in a mobile clinic in a remote part of Northern Kenya. There is a serious lack of public heath service in Kenya and the charity CHAT caters for mainly women and children offering primal care, vaccinations and contraceptions in remote and rural areas in the North.
