NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Senior Master Sgt., Ret., Charles Reed, former command post non-commissioned officer in charge, 166th Airlift Wing, was tacked on with chevrons for the rank of Chief Master Sergeant by his daughters on January 7, 2018.
