LIBREVILLE, Gabon (Aug. 14, 2013) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus presents Gabonese Minister of National Defense Pacôme-Rufin Ondzounga with a Marine Corps K-Bar knife after a meeting in the country’s capital. Gabon is one of several countries throughout the region where Mabus is meeting with Sailors and Marines and civilian and military officials to discuss security and stability and to reinforce existing partnerships with African nations.
