A homemade attempt at making the Japanese dish ankimo, which is the steamed liver of a monkfish, or anglerfish, Lophius piscatorius. The fish was caught trawling in the English Channel. The liver has been sliced after steaming and served with grated radish, sliced spring onions, sesame seeds and ponzu sauce. It is considered to be a delicacy. Dorset England UK GB
