There shall be held at least one regular meeting of the ExecutiveCommittee each month on the Monday evening prior to the regularmeeting of the Association. Special meetings may be held at anytime and place, upon call, five members constituting a quorum. All amendments or alterations to the By-Laws shall be submittedin writing at any regular meeting and acted upon at the next regu-lar meetings of the membership, but a two-thirds vote of tiie mem-bers present shall be necessary to adopt any change in CENTRAL CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH
