The insignia shall be worn by the memberson all occasions when they assemble as such, forany stated purpose or celebration, and may beworn on any occasion of ceremony. It shallbe worn conspicuously on the left breast; butmembers who are or have been Gentlemen ofthe Council of a State Society, may place a ro-sette of regulation pattern upon the silk ribbonfrom which it is pendant.
