The crew of a Coast Guard Cutter Venturous small boat prepares to embark nine Dominican and two Haitian migrants, following an at-sea interdiction Oct. 8, 2013, approximately 20 nautical miles north of Samana, Dominican Republic. The migrants were transferred to the Coast Guard Cutter Venturous and repatriated Oct. 10, 2013, during an at-sea transfer of the migrants to the Dominican Republic navy patrol boat Proción in waters off the coast of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
