Upon No. I post there shall be written, in addition to the foregoing, " Initial Post," the approximate compass bearing of No. 2 post, and a statement of the number of feet lying to right and to the left of the line from No. 1 to No. 2 post, thus: " In- itial post. Where a claim has been recorded under any name, and the owner or his agent is desirous of changing the same, the Recorder of said mining division may, upon application being made by such owner or agent, and upon payment of a fee of twenty-five dollars, amend the record accordi
