As a result of the death of Leroy Wright, a telegraphoperator, by taking hold of a live wire last August, a suitfor $10,000 damages was filed against the city by the youngmans widow. In the complaint it is alleged that John Sin-gleton, superintendent of the city electric light plant, agentfor the city, invited Wright to take hold of the wire. HENRY C.
