PORTSMOUTH, Va. (June 1, 2018) Cmdr. Brian K. Hamel, commanding officer of the Harpers Ferry-class dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50), renders a salute to Rear Adm. John B. Skillman, commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 2, during a change of command ceremony. Hamel relieved Cmdr. Timothy R. Carter as commanding officer of Carter Hall.
