Railway A time-saving transfer slip shown herewith is beingused by the Louisville Railway on the Seventh Streetline for the convenience of patrons returning from thebaseball games at the local American Association transfer is similar in size and in other respects tomany other transfers but instead of being arranged forpunching at stipulated crossings it entitles the passengerto transfer to any of the lines crossing Seventh Streetfrom Broadway to Main Street. Theplan is an exceedingly good one for handling crowdswhere the run to transfer points is a short one.
