Michael Toreno, 49th Medical Group superintendent, presents Airman 1st Class John-Paul Nance, from the 49th Aeromedical Squadron, with the Most Professional Airman Award at the First Term Airman Course Class 15-09 graduation. FTAC is a program that helps first term airmen with the transition from technical school to an operational environment.
